Features:
The ReliaCloud service is based on a new cloud computing architecture, combining enterprise-grade reliability with brand name hardware. After conducting an in-depth nationwide cloud survey, we found that customers’ biggest concerns were security and reliability. With many cloud providers, if you stop your cloud server, or if the cloud provider has a server problem, you can lose your server and data. What’s the solution these cloud providers suggest? Just run multiple cloud servers. That architecture works fine for organizations that want to start from scratch, but we don’t think customers should have to change the way they deploy and manage their applications when working in the cloud.
Easy To Use:
Select a size for your cloud server model. Sizes range from small server models that include a minimal amount of CPU, memory, and storage, all the way up to really big server models that have tons of resources. Each server model is priced at a different rate depending on the size.
Choose an operating system template. We support a variety of commercial and open-source operating systems — including Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, FreeBSD, and OpenSolaris. You’ll pay a different rate based on the operating system template you choose. But note: all of the open-source templates are free!
In less than 60 seconds, your new cloud server is online! You can easily manage your new cloud server using the ReliaCloud Portal. This portal allows you to upgrade, pause, and remove your servers as your needs change. You can also set up load balancing, manage your cloud network security rules, and request live support from our staff.
Summary:
The ReliaCloud platform was built using enterprise-grade technology from such leading vendors as Dell, Cisco, Juniper, and Coyote Point. Their network, computing, and storage architecture that features high-availability at every level. Every one of their Cloud Servers is powered by the latest generation Intel multi-core processors. One great point is that they have been in business for 15 years.
Reliability and Uptime:
ReliaCloud provides all customers with persistence and high availability. You don’t have to worry about the state of your cloud computing environment when you start, stop, and reboot our ReliaCloud Servers. And, in the rare case that the physical computing node on which your Cloud Server is hosted fails, it will automatically restart somewhere else in our cloud. Your data is stored on a RAID-10 protected storage nodes. You can also take advantage of server load-balancing capabilities, which are a core feature of their ReliaCloud platform.

ReliaCloud team of award-winning, certified technologists provides live support for your cloud servers — 24x7x365. If you have a question at 2:00 in the morning about your cloud computing infrastructure, we’ll be there to support you. We manage the data center infrastructure, cloud portal, physical hosts, and virtualization layer. You have total control and management of the OS, your applications, and your data.
