Customer Support:
SingleHop is well known in the industry for the quality of our tech support. In most cases, it will take them no longer than 25 minutes to respond to a ticket, and most of the time faster than that. Their telephone hold times are under 20 seconds.

I thought singlehop hasn’t released their Cloud Product yet? Is there something I’m missing? I’de love to try one.
Gigenetcloud.com is a Chicago Cloud product that has been around for a little while. They are growing and have a VERY solid product. I’m surprised its not on this list!
